Lionfish Ceviché Recipe

  • Shredded/Cut Lionfish (properly prepared)
  • 1 Small Onion, diced.
  • 1 Small Color Capsicum, diced.
  • 1 Small Spring Onion, diced.
  • Cilantro, coarse chopped.
  • 1 Small Avocado, cubed.
  • Rice Wine Vinegar.
  • Lime Juice.
  • Salt.
  • Peppar.
  • Sugar.
